🔑 Key #1: Y Angle - Learn the art of ankle collapse, mimicking MacKinnon's low Y angle for optimal stride efficiency. Drills include the Ankle Collapse Walk, Ankle Rolls, and the Ankle Collapse Stride Auxiliary.

🔑 Key #2: Shin Angle - Distinguish knee bend from shin angle and build the feel of getting your knee forward. Practice with Shin Angle Drops and the MacKinnon Knee Forward Auxiliary.

🔑 Key #3: Heel To Toe Rocker - Explore how pressure moves along the blade rocker, emphasizing the Heel To Toe motion. Master the Moon Rock drill and integrate it into your stride with the Stutter Stride for an effective blend of control and speed.
