Stop Copying McDavid's Workout. Do This Instead. | The Train 2.0 Show
\nMost hockey players build their summer around a program they saw an NHL player post, and then wonder why they show up to camp slower, tighter, or hurt. In this episode Kevin McKinnon, Train 2.0's Director of Coaching, sits down in person with Mason Hackel, a certified Train 2.0 coach and level three ATG coach out of Ann Arbor, to talk about the training philosophy he used to fix his own hips and what it looks like when you build it for a hockey player.
