Inline Skating: Forward To Backward Transitions From Beginner To Pro!

Summary

Forward to backward transitions on inline skates are a little bit trickier than on the ice, where I usually coach my players.

On-ice, you can slide into the transition. On rollerblades, you can't. So we have to learn them a bit differently, but if you follow my step to step build up in this video, you'll be transitioning with ease in now time! We start really slowly, and build the transition up step by step, so that my viewers who have just started inline skating can start working on the skill. Towards the end of the video, I show you some pro tipps for those of you who can already transition quite well but want to take their skating game to the next level!
