Watch on YouTube: https://youtu.be/-cWRJds5aRE We're back! We kick off the 10th season of Glass and Out with episode 348, featuring our Glen Gulutzan interview from TCS Live 2026. Gulutzan is the Head Coach of the Dallas Stars, and in his second tour of duty with the organization. He's previously been the Head Coach of the Calgary Flames and also spent time as an assistant coach in Vancouver and Edmonton. Overall, he's enjoyed a remarkable career, especially considering that he got his start in coaching as a player assistant with the Fresno Falcons of the now defunct West Coast Hockey League. The focus of the talk was on practice design, but he also offers some amazing stories and lessons he's collected over his career. We brought a white board onto the stage so he could share some drills and tactics in real time with the audience, so we highly recommend heading on over to The Coaches Site so you watch the episode and add the drills to your coaching library. Listen as he shares the importance of starting practice with pace, drills to develop a power play framework, and why the number one goal for youth coaches should be development.
